Plasma Treatment System Wire & Cable: PT-1000

PT-1000 is a modular plasma treatment system for continuously moving wires and cables. An interchangeable set of electrodes allows our customer to process wide range of gauges without changing the main system. We offer a split electrode version to accommodate “endless” wire extrusion lines. Thenr everse electrode assembly is used for bare wires or wires with relatively thin and/or sensitive layer of insulation.

Wire and Cables that have been Plasma treated with our PT-1000 system pass all military and commercial durability requirements.
